This is an exceptional John Force press kit issued in late 1981 promoting the upcoming the 1982 season and making a pitch for everything John Force could do for a sponsor or a track owner. This particular press kit was sent to Jim Tice of the AHRA. Included is a profile of John Force, two pages explaining the car and display that would be available, another page explaining their involvement in all of their promotions on television, at local restaurants, high schools, and the various tracks they would be running at. There is also a two page promotion package specifically focused on the AHRA, a letter to Jim Tice outlining their proposed promotional package, and several examples of the advertising and flyers they would be using at specific races. In addition, there are three particularly nice black and white photos. Again, this is an exceptional press kit that underscores the effort that John Force put in to promote himself.
